Yes, all instruments come with on-site installation and user training by our qualified application specialists. We provide detailed operation manuals and application notes to ensure your team can get the most from every product.
Can we get a demo before purchasing?
Absolutely. We offer in-person demonstrations at your lab or at our facility in Bangalore. For select instruments, we can also arrange a trial period so you can validate the equipment with your own samples before committing.
How long does the quotation process take?
Standard quotations are sent within 4 business hours of your enquiry. For custom configurations, bulk orders, or multi-instrument packages, we typically respond within 1 business day with a detailed quote including delivery timelines.
What warranty do your products carry?
All instruments carry a standard 1-year manufacturer warranty. Extended AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) options are available for continued support, preventive maintenance, and priority service response.
Do you accept institutional purchase orders?
Yes — we supply and service clients across South India (Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Kerala) and Maharashtra. For other states, we work with our distribution partners to ensure timely delivery and local service support.
How long does the quotation process take?
Yes, we work with universities, government research labs, hospitals, and pharma companies on purchase orders (POs). We are registered vendors with several government institutions and can supply against GeM (Government e-Marketplace) orders as well.
